Rebecca Robinson Davis, M&AMI, CEPA, MCBI
Owner | Principal Broker

Rebecca Robinson Davis is a nationally recognized mergers and acquisitions professional with more than two decades of experience specializing in veterinary business brokerage and practice sales. Licensed in twenty-two states, she has successfully led hundreds of transactions nationwide, including practice sales, real estate, and corporate consolidation. She holds three of the industry’s most distinguished credentials: M&AMI (Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary), CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor), and MCBI (Master Certified Business Intermediary).

As the Owner and Principal Broker of Practice Sales Advisors, headquartered on St. Simons Island, Georgia, Rebecca oversees every stage of the M&A process, from valuation and deal structure to negotiation and closing, ensuring each client achieves maximum value and a seamless transition. Her deep expertise lies in identifying key financial and value drivers, aligning buyer and seller objectives, and navigating the complexities of due diligence.

Beyond her transactional work, Rebecca is an active leader and educator within the veterinary and brokerage communities. She frequently travels hosting continuing education events for veterinarians and practice owners on topics such as exit planning, valuation strategy, and market trends. She also remains deeply involved in professional development through national brokerage peer groups and leadership organizations, fostering collaboration and continued excellence among industry peers.

Outside of her career, Rebecca is passionate about community involvement and family life. She currently leads a local 707 youth leadership group, was honored to serve as Ms. Georgia United States-where she was also awarded Ms. Congeniality-and was named Community Volunteer of the Year. Rebecca is married to her dream “Hallmark” hubby which added two sweet girls to her life. They are also excited to have officially adopted adorable 6-year-old twins in February 2020. She loves living on the beautiful island they call home & enjoys traveling abroad in her spare time.

Aleah Davis
Marketing & Operations Director

Aleah, a native of the captivating Golden Isles, brings a wealth of expertise in marketing strategy and operational excellence to her role as Marketing & Operations Director. Her strategic acumen and proactive approach consistently drive tangible results, from enhancing brand visibility to implementing effective operational strategies that enhance overall productivity.

At Practice Sales Advisors, Aleah excels in a diverse range of responsibilities including business valuations, strategic branding initiatives, brokerage duties, comprehensive campaign planning, and cultivating valuable industry relationships. She is dedicated to crafting tailored marketing strategies that maximize client exposure across various platforms, demonstrating a passion for innovation and continuous improvement within her organization.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Aleah serves as a dedicated CASA volunteer, advocating passionately for children in the foster care system. In her leisure time, she treasures moments with loved ones, engages in church volunteer activities, and actively pursues continuous education to expand her skills and knowledge.

Kathryn Podres
Client Relations & Office Coordinator

Kathryn Podres is a dedicated and highly organized Client Relations and Office Coordinator with a strong background in office management and operational support. She is a graduate of Georgia College and State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, providing her with the academic foundation and critical thinking skills essential for success in dynamic professional environments.

Kathryn’s professionalism, combined with her experience and education, positions her as a valuable resource in client relations and organizational coordination.

Heidi is a dedicated professional adept at seamlessly managing trade show booths, assisting with business valuations, orchestrating successful marketing campaigns, and adeptly handling a myriad of administrative tasks. Known for her unmatched efficiency, Heidi ensures that every project is executed with precision and excellence.​​

Carsyn Owens
Logistician

Carsyn keeps the PSA office running smoothly. From office supplies, scanning, shredding, errands & our ever need for chocolate, the everyday upkeep without Carsyn, our utility closet wouldn’t be as perfectly organized. We wouldn’t have the time to give our clients the attention they deserve, and we would miss out on the joy that comes along with just knowing her.

Carsyn is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. Carsyn loves to go to the beach, spending time with her family, and sunny boat days.
