Back in 2004, I was a young woman living on a small island, unsure of what was next. One day, a single newspaper ad for a veterinary brokerage firm changed everything. It wasn’t glamorous or planned, just a small “yes” to an unexpected opportunity. That decision set me on a path that would become my calling.

Years later, after climbing the ladder and learning from both good and difficult experiences, I took a leap of faith and founded Practice Sales Advisors. There were no investors or start-up loans; just hard work, late nights, and an unshakable belief that people and relationships mattered most.

And that belief became the heartbeat of PSA.

Ten years later, PSA stands as a thriving, national veterinary brokerage firm built from the ground up with faith, grit, and a deep sense of purpose. Over 65% of our business comes from referrals, which means our clients trust us to walk alongside them in one of the most important transitions of their lives. That trust is everything.

The veterinary industry itself is a uniquely special and female-dominated field, filled with compassionate, intelligent, and driven women who dedicate their lives to caring for animals and their communities. It’s an honor to serve this profession and to stand among so many strong women leading with both skill and heart.
