As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting with a full heart. This year was busy. It was ambitious. It was filled with milestones that once felt like distant dreams—and yet, here we are. But more than anything, 2025 was a year of growth—the kind that can’t always be measured by numbers, awards, or plaques on the wall.
This year, we celebrated 10 years as a company. A decade of service, resilience, trust, and relationships. That milestone alone is something I don’t take lightly. It represents countless hours of hard work, belief in our mission, and unwavering dedication to our clients and to one another. Along that journey, we continued to build on our momentum—successfully facilitating approximately $50 million in sales transactions, a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the consistency with which we show up for every transition.
We welcomed two new team members, strengthening not only our capabilities but our culture. Watching our team grow closer, stronger, and more unified has been one of the most rewarding parts of the year. Behind every success is a team that believes, supports, and shows up every single day.
2025 also took us across the globe and across the country. We experienced an unforgettable PSA Safari in Africa, a trip that reminded us how powerful it is to step outside our comfort zones and see the world through a broader lens. We attended AVMA in Washington, DC, toured the White House, and took in historic and awe-inspiring sights that reinforced just how connected our industry is to something bigger.
Closer to home, we reached 100 Google reviews, a milestone that reflects the trust our clients place in us and the relationships we’ve built along the way. Each review represents a story, a journey, and a partnership—and I’m deeply grateful for every single one.
On a personal level, 2025 was a year of professional growth that I’m incredibly proud of. After hard work and dedication, I earned my CEPA and M&AMI accreditations. I hosted my first workshop course at the annual IBBA conference, an experience that pushed me, challenged me, and reminded me how much I love sharing knowledge and learning alongside others. I was honored to receive the Dealmaker Award and the Platinum Chairman’s Award, and to celebrate being part of the Gold Club with M&A Source.
As a company, we attended eight conferences throughout the Southeast, traveling miles and memories, reconnecting with longtime clients and friends, celebrating smooth closings, and forming incredible new relationships that I know will last for years to come.
And yet, when I strip away the awards, the travel, the titles, and the milestones, I’m reminded of something even more meaningful:
A great year is not defined by numbers. It’s defined by growth.
It’s defined by the growth of our company, the growth of our relationships, and the growth we experience as people. It’s about the lifelong connections made with clients and industry partners; people who challenge us, support us, and help us become better than we were yesterday.
Our clients are not just clients. They become family. They become lifelong friends.
My heart truly beats for our clients and for supporting them through some of the most pivotal moments of their lives. Being trusted to walk alongside a seasoned veterinarian ready to sell a practice, or a buyer stepping into a brand-new chapter, is a privilege I never take for granted. Witnessing clients through all seasons of life—the transitions, the growth, the uncertainty, and the triumphs—is one of the greatest blessings of what I do.
This work matters because people matter.
As I look ahead to the new year, I feel hopeful, energized, and deeply grateful. I’m excited for new growth, new opportunities, and new smiles. I’m excited to continue this journey supported by a strong team, amazing clients, and lifelong friends who inspire me daily.
Here’s to reaching for the stars—not just in what we achieve, but in who we become along the way.
Thank you for being part of our journey. Cheers to 2026 and all the chapters yet to be written.
With Love,
Rebecca
